The Ice Cream Sandwich Cake is a Viewer suggestion. As it turns out it's a good one too! The Sandwiches combined with some Raspberry Cream and Ganache creates a delicious dessert. Decorating it in a classic and fancy style is just a fun and unexpected twist!

I left the top of this cake open like a dessert cake. It's a perfect spot for a Happy Birthday or any other sentiment. This "cake" also works great just as a Dessert Cake. 

The Lace medallions are made with Pink Candy Melt.

Flower Pot Baby Shower Cake- Cake Decorating- Butter Cream

This Vase or Flower Pot Cake was made as a Baby Shower Cake for a Baby Named Poppy. The Challenge was to incorporate Poppies, which are such a strong and bright flower,into a cake for a Baby. I came up with this idea of piping small Poppies on a straw and placing them in a Vase. The entire cake is make with Pastry Pride Whip Topping, even the Poppies, Butter Cream would be the other alternative. To see how I created this design, click here on the video.
