Santa and Elves on Waffle Cone Cakes- Cake Decorating- Video

This fun little design came out of the idea of baking cake inside a waffle cone! Each character is iced in Buttercream with it's face and clothes figure piped on. The icing on the platter is Royal Icing to hold the characters in place. See the entire video here.

This worked great to hold the cones up while being filled and baked!

Christmas Angel Barbie Cake- Cake Decorating

Liz and Leah create a Renaissance Style Angel Barbie Doll Cake in this quick video. The wings are made of white chocolate and the dress is sculpted Buttercream. We tried out several wing sizes before deciding on the largest pair. The addition of the ribbon and the Christmas Ornament accessories rounded out the design.

Plush Bunny Cake In Buttercream-By Leah

Leah Sculpted this adorable plush Bunny Cake from 4 6 inch rounds.  It's perfect for a Baby Shower or Easter as well.

 While this cake is covered in Pastry Pride Whip Topping, Buttercream would also be perfect for this design.

Leah uses the top edge of a ziploc baggie to smooth and sculpt.
