| I wanted to design a Barbie Cake With a Mermaid Style Skirt. It took some time to figure out that I could just decorate the Barbies Body and use a small cake for the ruffled bottom of the skirt. I used Leah's smoothing technique to get a slim smooth dress. There are a million dress designs that want to make! I don't really have any little girls or Bridal showers to make it for and one Bride Barbie Video is enough. so for now I'll just have to dream about them :) |

| Holiday Season is a tricky cake season. It's always hard to decide whether or not to make Holiday Designs for non Holiday events during the season. I think this design is a great option for the months of October and November. This is a small cake that makes a nice center piece for a dinner party, or is pretty enough for a Holiday Season Birthday. This Cake is made with a" Pumpkin Pie" Cake, so when it's cut, even the aroma says "FALL" This Tutorial will show you how to make this pretty Pumpkin and giant piped Roses in Buttercream!
