Little Girls Love Barbies Too. I found this Mini Barbie (Chelsea) in the check out at the grocery store. I couldn't resist creating a little cake design around her. I think this design is perfect for a little girls Birthday or even a little Baby Shower. I just had to add the Candy Melt Petals at her waist to add to the look of a little flower. :)
