| Thanks to Leah Larson's youtube video I was able to create this cute little minion for my grandsons second birthday. He just loved it. I followed Leah's video to a tee other than I used 8" rounds, as I needed a bigger cake. I also used buttercream icing instead of whipped cream. Thank you Leah! My minion was a big hit!
