The Piping Technique on this cake is called "over piping" and is a salute to the Lameth Method, indicated by many many layers of piped borders. Many combination of borders are a hallmark of this style. It's time consuming, but well worth the effort.

The Reindeer are made with Candy Melt, but could easily be made with Royal Icing as well. The Candy Melt is a quick and easy way to use this technique and yummy as well!

Santa Fanny and chimney is just good fun! Also this festive Holiday Cake is Amazingly simple to make. It's 6 inch Square cakes staked and a 4 inch round for the Fanny.The Legs and Boots are made of Giant Marshmallows!

The Boots are the easiest! I just cut them from Giant Marshmallows! You'll have to see how in this video!

Elsa, Frozen, Doll Cake - Video

This version Elsa in a Doll Cake congers the feeling of wind a snow blowing through the many layers of Elsa's skirt.
The Cake is a single layer 8 inch round and a 5 inch round staked. Both Layers are split and filled. Marshmallows create the lift of the ruffles adding volume without weight.
