| One of my viewers on You Tube requested a Bouquet on a Cupcake tutorial. It was a great idea! It makes the perfect one person cake, but doesn't look like just a cupcake. It makes a lovely small gesture that still is beautiful and a "whole" cake. |

| Placing a cupcake in a pretty cup adds another little gift as well as height to this design. Filling in the bottom of the cup would also be a delicious surprise. |

| There is little more magical than Cinderella's Carriage. Leah and I jumped at the chance to create this fun cake idea. I had the idea for weeks before actually jumping in to making the design. I had to contemplate HOW to make this in a way that it would be stable and sturdy as well as delicate and beautiful. |

| The Horses are made of Cand Melt ( White Chocolate). They are quite delicate because of the legs, but easy to make. They are traced on parchment, outlined and filled. We had to make many of these to be sure we had 2 that didn't break. |

| St. Patrick's Day is always fun to Decorate for. Though it isn't always easy to come up with a new design as you have Pot's of Gold, Shamrocks and Leprechauns and that's it. So here are a couple of ideas and one Video. These cakes are a combination of Butter Cream and Candy Melt. |

| There is just something ethereal about Water Lilies. They are graceful and delicate and sweet. This design is also very versatile. It could be used for a little girl or a Mother's Day. It would also be very appropriate for a Farewell or Congratulations Cake. |

| These flowers are piped directly on the cake with 2 different sized Mum tips. The Lilly Pad beneath is piped with a large Rose Tip. |
